Trainer/First Aid
In our commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants, we want to provide you with important information regarding the availability of trainers and our first aid protocol during the event.
Trainer Availability:
Athletic Trainers will only be present on-site at 2-two day bracket play tournaments. Trainers will provide immediate assistance in case of injuries or emergencies and their expertise will contribute to a safer and more enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
First Aid Support:
In instances where a dedicated trainer is not present, our on-site staff will be equipped with essential first aid items such as bands and other necessary supplies. This ensures that minor injuries can be promptly addressed to the best of our ability.
Important Note:
While we are committed to offering comprehensive first aid support, it's important to note that we will not be provide ice at tournaments when a trainer is not present. This decision has been made with careful consideration of potential liability concerns. We kindly ask participants to plan accordingly and bring any personal ice packs or cooling devices they may require.
Your safety remains our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines. If you have any specific medical concerns or require special accommodations, please reach out to our tournament organizers in advance.
